General Information
Products purchased on lebarachaussettes.com can be delivered anywhere in Europe.
Products are delivered to the address provided during your order. To avoid any delays, please provide all information necessary for the successful delivery of the package. We strongly recommend that you provide a mobile phone number so that the carrier can easily contact the recipient in case of a problem.
If you wish to change the shipping address after placing the order, please contact us with your order number, and we will modify it for you if it has not yet been processed.
We stock all items in Lille. They are generally dispatched the same day for orders confirmed before 10 AM (excluding weekends, public holidays, and holiday periods).
During the holiday period (November and December), order preparation time may be 24 hours.
It can happen that a discrepancy occurs in our inventory and an item from your order is out of stock. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and offer you i) to wait for the next restock, ii) to replace the item in question, or iii) to refund you for the item.
Packages are shipped with a tracking number. We will send you a link to track your package online. Delivery is deemed complete when the carrier's tracking indicates the package has been delivered to the provided address or made available at a pick-up point.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
All delivery times listed below are indicative and refer to business days (i.e., excluding weekends and public holidays) and run from the day your package is handed over to the carrier (most often the same day for orders placed before 10 AM).

Delivery to Pick-up Points
If you do not choose a pick-up point at the end of the order, we will choose one close to the delivery address, prioritizing lockers.
If you wish to change the pick-up point and the order has not yet been processed, please contact us.
Delivery is deemed complete when the package is made available at the pick-up point.
It can happen that the carrier modifies the pick-up point chosen during your order to make it available at another pick-up point. You will be informed by a message from the carrier.
Package Receipt
In case of damaged or opened packages leading to the deterioration or absence of one or more items, you must notify the carrier and us, by any means, within 3 calendar days following the receipt of the package.
Similarly, within the same 3-calendar-day period after the delivery indication, you must notify us of non-receipt of the package, or any item with a manufacturing defect or any error in the preparation of your package: wrong item, wrong size, missing item, etc. Please attach photos to your complaint. If applicable, we will correct our error as soon as possible (and at our expense, of course).
Beyond this period, we will examine situations on a case-by-case basis to offer you the least penalizing solution possible.
Undeliverable or Unclaimed Package
If your package is not delivered through no fault of ours (incorrect address, inaccessible mailbox, no corresponding name on mailboxes, etc.), or if you do not collect it from the pick-up point within the availability period, it will be returned to us. In this case, upon receipt, we will refund your order excluding shipping costs. If you benefited from free delivery, we will deduct the standard shipping costs for your country from the refund amount.
Package Not Received But Marked Delivered
In case of a package not received while the carrier's tracking indicates it has been delivered, we invite you to check:

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 60 days from the day on which you, or a third party, physically takes possession of the goods or the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement either in your customer account, or by email to contact@lebarachaussettes.com. The withdrawal statement must include the order number and, for a partial withdrawal, the references and quantities of the returned items.
For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient that you transmit your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.
Return of Products
If we have made an error in the preparation of your order, the return costs are at our expense. In other cases, the return costs are at your expense. You must return the products without undue delay to:

Only intact, complete, unworn (for socks and underwear), undamaged, and tagged products are eligible for a refund. Boxes and sets alone are not eligible for a refund (you must return the complete set).
Effects of Withdrawal
We will refund you the totality of the sums paid for the returned product(s) eligible for a refund. We will proceed with the refund using the same payment method as that used for the initial transaction. The refund will take place as soon as possible and no later than 5 days from the receipt of the products and the verification of their condition.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not possible. We invite you to return the items you wish to exchange and place a new order.
