Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw without giving any reason within 30 days from the day you, or a third party, physically take possession of the goods or the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision through an unambiguous statement, either via your customer account, or by email to contact@lebarachaussettes.com. The withdrawal statement must include the order number and, for partial withdrawals, the references and quantities of the items being returned.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Returning products

If we made a mistake in preparing your order, return shipping is at our expense. In all other cases, return shipping is at your expense. You must send the products back without undue delay to:

Only products that are intact, complete, unworn (for socks and underwear), undamaged, and tagged are eligible for a refund. Boxes and gift sets on their own are not eligible for a refund (you must return the complete set).

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund the full amount paid for the returned product(s) eligible for a refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. The refund will be issued as soon as possible and no later than 5 days after receiving the products and verifying their condition.

Exchanges are not yet available. Please return the items you wish to exchange and place a new order.
