Strengthening of teams. First of all, the ESAT Les Papillons Blancs has increased the number of workers preparing orders to continue processing orders placed before 11 AM on the same day.

Full stock. We have stocked up with our different brands and receive restocks every week.

Delivery guarantee. We guarantee delivery in Metropolitan France before Christmas Eve for any order placed before Friday December 19, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Beyond this limit and until Monday, December 22 at 10:00 AM, your order is highly likely to be delivered on time, but we do not guarantee it.
To further secure delivery times, we recommend choosing home delivery instead of a relay point.

Delivered or compensated. Under these conditions, if a delivery (home or pick-up point) takes place after December 24, 2025 (based on carrier tracking), we will reimburse you for any delivery costs paid, and, if you do not cancel your order, we will give you a 30% discount voucher of the price paid for items that arrived late (voucher issued after the withdrawal period and valid for 3 months).

Because not everything is for Christmas. If your order can arrive after Christmas, please let us know when you make your purchase. This will save us stress 😊
